How would Whopper lovers react if their beloved burger was discontinued? That's the thrilling premise behind the Whopper Freakout.
This bit of branded content (running an eye-straining length of over six minute) is a pretty example of Iro, if you ask me. Is it a joke? Of course it is? But is it a self-mocking joke meant to convey a sincere belief, while at the same time defending against charges of self-importance? Maybe. I can't tell anymore.
