With digital experiences becoming more central to how people interact with brands (and each other) we often talk about the importance of planning for experiences, not just planning for "messages". I feel that there is so much to learn about this, particularlyl as those experiences take the form of networked platforms. We need to think of how things take shape in a social context. Planning for individual experiences is not enough.
